It's describing a co-worker that relies entirely on his/her mouth to keep their job. Mostly but not limited to those that are complete lazy pieces of crap that talk shit about the co-workers that actually work hard just to try and make themselves look good enough to not get fired.

Ole Ricktard must be trying to get out of mixing today. I heard him in telling the boss I didn't fill the skid steer last night.

The condition where all gaming skill vanishes when you enter a ranked server. Symptoms include poor aim, questionable decisions, and the sudden inability to remember basic game mechanics.

That backer is really Kicktarded. They could not read the update just posted to find out their answer.
