Act of laughing about something totally pointless or completely out of nowhere. Often related to a sleepy mother overprotective saying random stuff.

If you laugh about these situations, you call it LOLINA:

- In the middle of a conference, screaming: "It's on YOUTUBE!!!"
- Stopping at the stop sign for like 5 minutes and then yelling at people sounding their horns at you.
- Getting takeout chicken wings at 12 noon.
- Continually switching from english to french
