To be 'Kanoed" is when somebody else repeats back a saying or quote which you used earlier, and uses it back on you.

Example in Basketball Game

(Sa Shoots and misses)

Andre: "You were always gonna miss that shot mate"

Sa: Ok, lets see you get it

Andre: Ok

(Shoots and misses)

Sa: "You were always gonna miss that shot mate"

In this particular sentence. Sa has just 'Kanoed' Andre
