Fleckle

An incredibly small amount of something, usually intangible and around the size of a freckle or beauty mark. Similar to smidgen in use, but referring to smaller amounts.

"Hey, can you pass me a little bit of salt?"
"Just a fleckle?"
"Yeah, that should be enough."
