A fail at every conceivable level of resolution. Zooming in on any part of the fail reveals just as much fail as the entity of the whole.

Fractal fail comes after quantum fail, but before universal fail.

First fail is when a person posting a comment on a website posts the word "first", but actually misses first place because someone else posts a more meaningful comment a split second before them.

Derived from Failboat, failboater is a word describing someone who is often on a boat of fail

"Ricky hasnt got a kill in over two whole games what a failboater"

Fail n' Bail

Taking a job at which you fail to perform, deflect any questions about what you're doing by getting offended at the questions, and just before you get completely nailed for not doing what you're supposed to do, you bail out... admitting nothing.

What happened to your former CTO? Oh, man, he pulled a Fail n' Bail like you wouldn't believe. I should have known, because when I asked him what he did all day, he said "I'm offended by the question," and then didn't answer it.
