A person that's lacking in money, but picky about everything.

ex. Don't want to fly spirit but can't afford no other airline.
ex. Only has beer money but want to drink Don Julio!
ex. Ask you to hang out with them then need you to pay for the evening!

Being boughetto is embodying boughee and ghetto in one. its not to be used in a sentence it is more a character trait. It is what it is.
