Something or someone that is very cool, and or chill. Laid back, but also unique and particularly out of the ordinary.
A person can also be Hoofing, Hoofed-out, getting Hoofed or off their Hoof.

A thing or person can be Hoof, Hoofed, The Hoof, Hoofy, or Hoofington the Third.
A place or space can be On Hoof, Off the Hoof, Hoofing, or Hooftown.

I got to the party at 1:30 am and it was Off the Hoof! Maddie had her teats out and was tearing up the D floor! Her dance moves were Hoof as F

We left after the party had Hoofed out, our uberdriver was Hoofington the Third, cuz he let us play some hoof tunes on the ride home.

Hoof hands

A type of hand that is disproportionately wider than it should be. If you measure the height of a hand from wrist to base of the middle finger, and divide that by the measurement from the side of the hand directly across from the start of the thumb to said point, any score above .8 can be diagnosed as hoof hands.
