a person who is apart of the large community of individuals who live off of memes they usually run a meme account on Instagram or Twitter. here are the characteristics of someone who is a memer:

- Usually overweight

- Has a GPA of 1.5

- Usually smells like shit

- Always respects woman
- Homophobic

- Lazy asf

although they might grow up to have no life, they do have some spicy ass memes on their account

(memper) the opposite of indivisual thinking. Someone who is too much of a follower. Like how you would call someone a hater, paticipator, or even a whore. You can use the word memper to someone who is acting the definition.

For instance, instead of saying "Get off my jock", simple say, "ur such a memper".

So yea...ummm, last night when I was taking a bath, something incredible happened. I slid down in the tub, to where my entire body was submerged, and I noticed that I could breath underwater. I went to my doctor the next day, and he told me I had the Weavi Membrane on the back of my neck. It allowed me to take the oxygen out of the water, just like a fish. It's quite incredible!
