Mook

Someone who acts like they are cooler or more important than they are, or think they are doing good, but are actually hurting the situation.

Basically use mook as a negative pronoun whenever you want. It has a shifting definition. Can be made more powerful by adding "-alook" to the end

Mike Bobo is a mook for his poor offensive gameplanning

Tony is a mook for not knowing how to deal with people civilly.
