It is documented that "The Slum Lord" holds god-like powers, and the ability of "Slum-jutsu" a fighting form that they alone can master let alone use. The Slum Lord also has the ability of "Slum Ball" this is when "The Slum Lord" summons rubbish and garbage and creating a large ball that can destroy anything in it's path.
