stemmie

A person in one of the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) fields.
Often used pejoratively to describe a STEM supremacist, i.e., someone who believes non-STEM fields are 'inferior'. Such a person may also believe in some form of hierarchy among the STEM fields that assigns value to the field or an individual in that field.

Comments: Such an attitude may have evolved from and be reinforced by a capitalist economic system.
"Oh he has this attitude, 'I graduated in physics and so I can deduce the entirety of political philosophy in 10 minutes.'. It's quite annoying."
"Another stemmie, huh?"

stemmie

A person in one of the STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Medicine).
Often used pejoratively to describe a STEM-supremacist, i.e., a person who believes in a hierarchy in which non-STEM fields are 'inferior'. Such a person often believes in a hierarchy among the STEM fields as well.
Comments: Such an attitude may stem (heh) from and be exacerbated by a capitalistic economic system.
"Oh, he has giant fucking ego. (mockingly) 'I did physics in college so I can derive the entire field of politics and economics in 10 minutes but I can't simply be bothered to'. Ignorant dickhead."
"Ah, another stemmie, huh?"

Stem

Stem
(steh-m)

In verbage, to stem is to fling; toss with great power with an optional lack of accuracy. It may also (depending on context) mean an absolute domination ex: Gapping in racing.
1. Holy smokes Jebediah won the Amish Powerball and stemmed Abraham's horse and buggy!
2. Sorry I had to tell it to you like this, but the school R.A.D. team stemmed your pet hamster into outer fucking orbit.
