disco finger

The act of dancing with one finger (generally the index finger) extended. Can be done with one or both hands.

Disco finger has existed as long as mankind; in ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics we see the pharaohs, digits extended in exaltation of what can only be described as the precursors of pop.

The are many variations on the current disco finger--arm-pumping, twirling, the doorbell--and possible adaptations are still being discovered to this day.
While the rest of the crowd engaged in the ubiquitous "rock fist," Benway stood out from the crowd with his enthusiastic disco finger, thus showing his appreciation of the music.

The Disco Ball

After a fine lady has just given you a wonderful BJ, she spits a little of your load onto your sack, then dusts it with glitter. Then you dim the lights, throw on a little Bee Gees, and perform the no pants dance like it was 1975.
"Dude, Brenda gave me The Disco Ball last night, and she couldn't stop herself from dancing to my sparkly sack."

panic! at the disco

Panic! at the disco gives me hope and reinstills my faith in modern rock/popular music. I don't think we have heard something this fresh in 10 years.
Panic! at the Disco "Build God Then We'll Talk" lyric excerpt:

It's these substandard motels on the lalalalala, quarter of Fourth and Fremont Street,Appealing only because they are just that unappealing, Any practiced Catholic would cross themselves upon entering

disco

Disco is a difficult form of competitive dancing mostly done in the UK and surrounding areas. It has pretty much nothing to do with the steryotpe of older disco music. Disco today uses fast club/dance music and requires agility, flexibility, grace, coordination, and good endurance. Competitions are usually held on Sunday's except some last all weekend. Dancers train extensivley during the week. They wear highly decorated costumes, often called cozzies, that are designed to stand out and be noticed by the judges during competition. Disco moves can include kicks, spins, leaps, and balances
Did you know Laura does disco? Her mum's letting her get a new cozzie, she's going to wear it at Brean!
