1. an effective tool used to avoid those damn juries and hide prosecutorial misconduct, overcharging, and abuse.
2. justice for the indigent or poor people AKA the unresourceful and ineffective
3. The desired result of kidnapping and incarceration for prolonged periods.
Never to be considered coercion or a civil rights violation, even when the accused is innocent.
