Staple's Fallacy

The idea that people need to be compelled to not be pieces of shit. This is built on the assumption that people are shitty by nature, ie Madison vs. Monroe and the federalist papers. This fallacy provides a way of passing judgement on others for their assumptions or opinions, and contributes disagreeable assumptions/opinions to an over-generalization that is based on geographic location. The fact that it is just geographic location that determines a person's assumptions or opinions shows how over-generalized this idea is, which in turn makes it a fallacy.

The Monika Fallacy

The willing ignorance of an individual behind a piece of work that was created with the assistance of AI for the purposes of focusing solely on the AI itself or dismissing the work's creator.

I could have just used "Created by AI" in the above sentence, but that in of itself is an example of The Monika Fallacy, as AI is incapable of creating anything without some kind of human input.

King Arthur Fallacy

The belief that a society simply needs to elect the right leader and give the leader all the power they ask for, ignoring that 1) a leader who makes one group happy will hurt another group, and 2) the powers given to the one good leader will still be in effect when their successor takes power.

Person A: "You don't get it! If we can just ignore the Constitution and give (politician) more power, they'll fix everything!"
Person B: "That's the King Arthur Fallacy! As good as King Arthur may have been, he's at the very least mostly fiction, and all the kings that followed still wielded his power, for better or for worse.

The Gay Republican fallacy

A hypothesis that predicts a pattern of hypocrisy from prominent figures in entertainment, politics, etc. It posits that, "the louder someone is for a value of ethic and/or moral behavior, the less likely they actually subscribed to it in their personal lives." The name comes from the stereotypical "Christian values" conservative who supports anti-LGBTQ legislation, only to get caught leaving a gay bar or sleeping with a male prostitute. This isn't isolated to such cases, as the Gay Republican fallacy applies to any case of a public figure who's a proponent for a specific cause/value getting outed for actions that contradict their advocacy. This can be a celebrity who's a big supporter of feminism, only to get ousted for having a history of predatory behavior. It could also be a reality TV show husband whose a proponent of "traditional family values" and being loyal to your wife getting caught having an affair or an account on an adult chat site. Maybe is comes from a place of guilt or self-loathing, or maybe these individuals' public personas are a self aware grift to draw up support from specific demographics (the religious, the politically correct, etc.). The answer is unclear, but the Gay Republican fallacy always has been and always will be; as ling as there's a celebrity or politician ruins their reputation by being a complete hypocrite.

Wow, James Franco hopped on the #metoo movement, only to get ousted for using his acting school to pressure female students into sleeping with him. Just another example of the Gay Republican Fallacy.

Tucker is also using ad pop as his justification believing that God created humans and that there is a spiritual battle between good and evil.
