Wine that has undergone a second process of fermentation (usually in the bottle). This is accomplished by adding yeasts and sugar to the already fermented wine. During this second fermentation, carbon dioxide is released, thus creating the fizzy effect.
A "cocktail" made up of roughly 1 part Grape Crush Soda and 1 part vodka or rum. It tastes deliciously strong and warms your cockles with saccarification.
