are you quite finished?
A question asked, usually rhetorically, after someone has finished talking/shouting at you about something they are very passionate about. It is used to show that you are bored of the topic and that you don't care about it. Can be used to try to calm a situation down. Either that or it is said out of frustration or annoyance or sheer incredulity. The best thing about 'are you quite finished?' is that the person usually shuts up once it has been said.

Quitxia can be a smart, kind, but shy girl. She can keep hidden away, but is friendly once you get to know her. She can be clumsy, but is loving. She might not be social at first, but after a while she makes a lot of friends. She is a great friend with good advice. When she is your girlfriend, you’re dealing with an independent and confident woman. She can be beautiful and sweet. It just may take time to know the real her. She works hard to take what she wants when she wants it. :)
