Former Prez Nixon was infamously antisocial, often avoiding being around others during his "White House years". That being said, however, the infamous "Tricky Dick" wasn't exactly afflicted with full-blown nearological disorder, either, in that he seemed only too happy to hobnobbingly "scheme 'n' scam" with his "White House Plumbers" and other "crooked crony" political allies!

definied as/ or carry as the same definitionation but with different enthusiasm...towards the ending pronontiation,...as if to blow a raspberry on the later part of the definition, mostly in disregard of the situation..initiating a strong frontal announcement with a lazy ending in a tone of mockery.
