When you're high and you keep thinking of the same thing over and over.

It could be a part of a song, or a simple phrase or certain numbers, or patterns.

Jimmy: Dude Im having a mind loop
Eric: What are you thinking?
Jimmy: a quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog over and over
Eric: Why are you thinking that?
Jimmy: It has all 26 letters of the alphabet in it and Im obsessing over letters.

A term used to describe a poor level of workmanship in regard to tightening nuts or other attatchments of that nature.
