teeny bopper

A teeny bopper is not a typical prep. They are normally 8-11, they are compleatly flat, no boobs whatsoever, yet still wear shirts meant to show off tits. Very short skirts(dont get me wrong, i wear them too, but im 14, not 10) They wear far too much make-up, despite the fact the have no idea how to put it on.

Me: Woah dang, check out the teeny bopper!! Her skirt is, like, the same size as mine.

Blipper

Someone who just can't decide if their is life right. Always changing house, boyfriend/girlfriend, never sure if they like someone, will always cheat on someone or they keep arguing or falling out with friends then getting temporary friends to make the ex friend jealous.

Scott: Damn! That girl is such a blipper, she needs to get her act together!
