a roan is another word for thot or whore. a roan is a girl who thinks she's all that and a bucket of cats. usually fake thicc and only uses filters. she uses men in her life like she uses towels to wipe off her fake face at the end of the day. she usually cries herself to sleep and never thinks about others but herself.
