Sweatish

A noun or adjective describing something or someone pertaining to Scotland. Derived from the rhyming slang of "sweaty sock" meaning "Jock" (which, in Britain, refers to a Scotsman).

Shopkeeper; "I'm sorry sir, but we don't accept that Sweatish currency south of the border unless we cannot avoid it"
or

1st person; "Och aye laddie, t'is a wee, sleekit, cow'rin, tim'rous beastie". Second person; "I'm sorry, but that's a lot of sweatish nonsense."

Sweater Welfare

When a friend or co-worker decides to wear old dingy sweaters. Either from a deceased relative or found in an old, dusty container in the attic. (most likely from wife) This person wears them to work with confidence and doesn't realize the whole office thinks he is a tool.

OMG!!!! Did you see Tom's sweater today? He is totally on sweater welfare!

Tom decided to go up into the attic and sift through a bunch of old sweaters from his Swedish wife. Since he decided to wear them to work and out of the house. He is now on Sweater Welfare.
