1. A term used mainly to describe a person's personality. Usually in that said person has what would be considered a very pessamistic outlook on innumerable parts of society, people, and their life in general. Can also mean that they have unnatural desires (see sexy loser, phsycho-tic, etc.) which would alienate them from peers. Or, in contrast, have an overly optimistic and genuinely naive point of view.

Government issued ID

What you need in order to be human and therefore be part of humanity and therefore vote in elections.

Government issued ID cannot be racist since its meaningless to ask, for example, a skunk, a groundhog or a raccoon or any other animal for that matter, to provide you with their own government issued ID. So it must stand to reason that only humans with the proper government issued ID should be able to vote.
