The Ukrainian military says it is investigating two separate incidents in which its helicopters were shot down. The first incident, which killed the two officers and their helicopter was hit a "military building of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic". In the second incident, the Ukrainian military said it had shot down a helicopter with anti-aircraft weapons that came in close proximity to a Ukrainian military facility.
