Mocal is a slang term used by students of Ball State University located in Muncie, Indiana. This term is used to describe the Muncie area locals. Due to the unique culture of the town surrounding Ball State, “Mocal” is often synonymous with “crackhead.”

Person 1: It’s been a rough day. I got a cute guy’s number but everything went south from there.
