Oy with the poodles already!

Taken from the popular dramedy 'Gilmore Girls' (2000 - 2007 R.I.P.) starring Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel, this phrase can be used to shut up a person that is talking non-stop about a certain subject.
This phrase can be heard in the opening of the episode titled "I Can't Get Started" (season 2, episode 22) when Lorelai, played by Graham, mentions that "oy" and "poodle" are the two funniest words in the entire world. She says that if you put them togther in a sentence you'd have a catchphrase that's "knocking 'What you talkin' about Willis?' right out of first place".

Hollywood-Obssesed Girl: "Oh em gee! Can you believe how Brad just absolutely left Jennifer for that big-lipped freak Angelina Jolie?! I mean, come on! They were sooooo cute together! And unless you've been living under a rock since '04, you've heard about it! I feel sooooo bad for Jenn. It was just so unfair for that poor excuse for an actress to come and steal Brad! Of course, Brad is to blame too! It's just like a man to go cheating like that. And then there's the fact that-"

(pwn-sook): This chick is hella crazy. She will swear you out in an instant if you look at her wrong. But don't worry if you get to know her, you get to see that she's not to bad. She's really cute, but she won't admit it. She will turn down any nice comments about how she looks. Her ninja powers will overpower anyone that steps in her path. She plays xbox like a pro and sometimes like a noob. Her parents are pretty chill, but their thai traditions just don't work with her lifestyle. If you meet a Pholsook you better hope that it's not because you look at her in a bad way.

My mother user's it when talking to either dogs or cats. Howevermy dogs go crazy when mother sings it to them.

Im too afraid to ask the meaning as she may not love me anymore and i am an only child.

I once thought "maybe my mothers crazy/dementia" but who knows.

To this day it is still a mystery.
