A slang term coined by Glozell Green (youtube channel 'glozell1') when describing Nicki Minaj in the music video 'My Chick Bad' by Ludacris featuring Nicki Minaj. She described Nicki as scary and creepy as well.

Man 1: The girl at the party that was dressed in all black and was dancing weirdly was kind of creepy.
Man 2: Yeah, she looked like Lady Bla Bla.
