The tendency of a car to turn left (right in RHD cars) when being driven by a fatty. The driver's extreme weight causes the left side suspension to sag, making the car naturally turn left.
Although this can be a benefit if you normally make left turns, right hand turns will be negatively affected by the weight imbalance.
This effect is similar to torque steer, a similar effect found in FWD cars and caused by driveshaft differences.
Unlike torque steer, pork steer can be found in cars of any engine/drivewheel layout, as long as the driver is a pork enthusiast.

Driving term. The art of breaking a smooth cornering manoeuvre into a number of straight steps, causing any passengers to believe that the car is about to hit the side of the road at the end of each 'step'.
This technique is quite common amongst those who have only recently started driving.
