(Noun.) refers to a female (usually overweight) who strategically and exclusively posts close-up pictures of themselves on to social networking and dating websites as to leave the viewer to draw his own ill-informed conclusions.

Brad: So man, are you going to take that chick out who's been writing on your facebook wall?

DJ: Doubtful, that could be risky--she is definately a neck-upper.
