downtown royalty

One who has more access in a downtown scene than the normal or general public who frequent downtown. Down town royalty has frequented down town for sometime, generally meeting the high - archy(other downtown royals)in the early stages of downtown socialization through other then, well established downtown royals.
Downtown Royalty - not limited to one downtown scene, granted access with out cover, not waiting in line, brought to the front of a line, discounts, courtesy drinks, well known, not always well liked, etc.

Clubber 1:
He didn't wait in line and now he is in the VIP room getting a free drink!

Clubber 2: Oh, thats Neil D, he is downtown royalty.

Beat down by the world and it's woes, trials, and tribulations; poor or impoverished; oppressed. Almost always used to describe a person or group of people in a truly sad state of things.

That guy doesn't seem simply out of luck, he seems downtrodden

downstard

a very funny person who has Asian looking eyes and they don't know how to talk right. They also start to to scream Harambe in the middle of class, they have no friends and dress like a homeless person. No one likes they get bullied and harassed and it is funny as dirt in a paint jar.
