Sexual Reassignment Surgery or SRS is the surgical process (or processes) in which a transgender person's sexual characteristics (mainly the genitals) are altered to resemble the ones of their opposite sex (or the gender they identify with).

These surgical procedures can also be performed in intersex people.

This definition may be mistaken with Hormone Replacement Therapy , which is another type of procedure that meny transgender people go through.

Transgender: "I did't take a Sexual Reassignment Surgery as I'm not completely uncomfortable with my genitals..."

A small piece of Rockland County. Contains next to nothing, besides a few strip malls. Downtown Suffern can also be referred to as "Little Mexico", as well as DTS. The schools in this town are crap, starting from the elementary schools.Suffern High School is infested with STDs, whores and people who are racially confused.
