With its small snail somewhat called a turbo dangling off its side like a soggy snot, it intended to forsee the owner to cut out the muffler only to make it sound like a truck...apparently,
The RD28 is a junker nd worse than the TD42s,

By starting the engine by turning the key and it fails to start, as per usual the owner always has to make a call to a TD42 owner to fix yet another undergoing issue.
RD28 owners are dead set jealous needless to say
