a type of hip-hop music with a dash of dubstep to it. Great music to dance to at parties. Not an official genre, mainly a slang-term. New young artists will be coming out with some albums and listing the genre as ghettosizzle.

The DJ was so great at that party...he played so much ghettosizzle; everyone was raging!

The actions of this lifestyle include being unnecessarily loud and vulgar, profane and ratchet dressing style, promiscuity and irrational decision making. Glorifies the lifestyle of thugs, hood rats and an negative connotations of living in the ghetto.
