Retarded Ava

A retard who only sucks her own jiblets. She exactly has 23 of them and they are all dried out. She waters them everyday but they won’t hydrate themselves. She will only eat rotten camel nuts to fulfill her dreams about having more nuts.

Retardation

A permanent mental condition that gives you thesub-average IQ of others. No. ADHD is not Retardation. Nor is Autism. If you ask a psychologist, they will tell you Autism and Mental Retardation are two different things. A lot of people who use "Retardation" as an insult can't even define it themselves.

Define Retardation, if you can't define you can't use it as an insult.
