A troll who manipulates a flagging or rating system by making fake accounts and swapping IP'S will flag or give negative ratings to others or good ones to inflate their standings

Craigslist trolls are flagpadders who will flag you multiple times , appearing to be many different persons from different locations, giving an appearance of the entire forum hating you!
Conversely they use flagpadding to inflate their own standing the same way!
Similar to Stat padding.
