schmuck

a person who pulls pranks on a lot of people, causing inconvienience or just pissing them off. Schmucks work in groups and dont harm people or damage peoples property.
EXAMPLES: Taking road closed signs and blocking off the expressway exit ramp, going 5 mph in a 45 zone to impede traffic, getting 2 schmucks to both go 45 side by side on the highway, entering a bowling alley and tossing balls all over, putting all the chairs in the school on the roof...ect

Aw, man those Schmucks have been Schmucking again. Im sure glad the Schmuck ways are spreading to other towns.
