My boss cant handle criticism very well so he started responding to my text all caps hurt.

When some poor bastard has settled in for a nice shit, you take a yard stick and with full force and slide it under the bathroom door.With any luck you strike them in the side of the ankle. They then bend over sideways wincing in pain, while grabbing their ankle and fall off the dumper.

What you say to someone if you want them to stop talking. It doesn't make any sense, it is constructed of sailing terms, and it sounds offensive so it will keep em confused for a good minute. Especially useful on facebook, if you know what i mean.

Nick: "Gotta go to mo's"
Rob: "What are you talking about"
Nick; "Its the theme song from Modell's sporting goods, don't you love it?"

white caps

It's usaully said "white hats". It's a term mostly used in the phish parking lots and "heady" scene to describe obnoxious preppy frat boy types there to party and not as much for the music. These are also the "kids" who will most likely spend $300 on ticket to a sold out phish show. They are a lot of times "custies" as well.
