A tall, incredibly smart, and attractive man. He has a very goofy personality, but rolls with it and is all-around a beast of a friend. When it comes to math, Scott is a complete Boss and will own you in any standardized test on the subject (and many others). Can destroy on the piano and sings bass for his high school's Mainstream choir. Works in his school's journalism class where you get to hear his beautiful voice say, "Good morning Northwest." Bro for life, dawg.

A Reptilian Shapeshifting lizard who successfully conned the people of Florida into electing it into the US Senate. It can be seen attempting to take a more visually pleasing form as Lord Voldemort as not to alarm it’s human constituents. It became rich off of a healthcare company so it naturally took away basic Medicaid to the residents of Florida, standard Republican hypocrisy.

Scott Stapp

The lead singer of rock band Creed. At around 2000-2002, you would find Creed as a generic band. But now back to Stapp. Stapp was known for getting drunk and getting in to trouble a few times. Reckless driving, fighting with the band. But the most well known crime people scarred him for was beating, or trying to beat his wife. Stapp had stumbled in to their mansion, likely drunk. He yelled at his wife, following that, he threw a glass bottle of Orangina at his wifes face. It almost hit her. After this situation, he was labeled a wifebeater and his many fans began to turn away. Stapp's career was falling apart.

A person who runs off at the mouth, and is completely full of shit.
Actually, the phrase is a combination of two Irish slang words scutter meaning diarhea, and gobshite, a person who doesn't know what they're talking about, but talks anyway.
