taking a massive crap that you need to grunt out and leaves you out of breath. usually can't sit down for at least an hour afterwards.

Dude those wings last night had me pushing beef so loud this morning that my neighbors called the cops.

That fat chick was pushing beef at my party and clogged the toilet. I hope she gets crabs.
