Modern day slang for the word "Caveman". This adjective is used particularly when an individual has messy hair and ugly facial features. The term got its name from a popular internet vlogger Casey Neistat, who highly resembles a caveman

A: "Wow, Johnny woke up late this morning and didn't have time to fix his hair. He sure looks like a Casey Neistat, am I right?"
