Fat Break

A break from activity reserved for those with a 'few extra pounds', aka the fat.

When a fat break is declared, all activity is halted and precious breathes, calories are consumed, and/or other rejuvenating acts are carried out by said fattie.

The term can also be used ironically by someone who is not actually fat, but is in the spirit of 'fatness'.

Friend #1: *whilst biking; Want to go up that hill?
Fat Friend #2: Yeah, but I need a quick fat break.
Friend #1: Dude, this is your 4th fat break this past hour. Alright *patiently waits*.

Smoking marijuana while on break from work, usually with one or more co-workers.

Guy 1 : "Hey bro, I've got a joint pre-rolled, wanna break and bake?"

Guy 2 : "You bet your sweet ass I do, let's bounce."

Phrase used in public places like school as a code word to go smoke a juul or phix (ususally done in the bathroom).

Yo olean im tired, chama break?
Yo bris you down for a chama break?

To pause all other enveavours and smoke a primo bowl.
