A position in which the guy lays flat on his back and the chick rides him like a cowboy, but she is grabbing his shoulders, and due to reflex it his legs stick up which make it look like he is sitting in a L-Z-boy. The Guy looks like he is sitting in a L-Z-Boy While getting ridding, when he is sitting on a flat surface.
