Someone who currently smokes crack, like a junkie currently does dope.

Calling somebody who smoked crack a quarter of a lifetime or more ago a crackhead or a junkie is as ignorant as calling somebody who smoked weed for a few years in high school a hippie. If they've moved on with their lives, why hasn't the person talking shit moved on with theirs?
