Similar to The Jeep Wave, except with a Löded Diper van. The rules are simple. If a van with the Löded Diper symbol on their van sees another van with the symbol, they must stick their hand out of the window and do this sign: “🤘” at the van. If the other van does not respond, their van is probably new and does not know of the Löded Diper wave.
