Never-nude

An obsessive-compulsive disorder similar to gymnophobia, which makes it very difficult for the sufferer to be naked. Many cope by always wearing short-cutoff jeans under their underwear, even in the shower. It sounds made up, but they are in fact real and hold yearly conventions and have meetings.

From the time never-nudism was identified in the early 1980s to 2018, there is an estimated 52 of them worldwide.

Guy 1: Dude, did you know Cruncher's girl has never seen him naked? They've been dating for two years, what's up with that?
Guy 2: Oh shit, you didn't know? Yeah, Cruncher's a never-nude.
