Reference to a man's penis size being well above average. It's a play on the terms phallus, and fallacy. Phallus, meaning erect penis, and fallacy, meaning incorrect conclusion or wrong idea.

The term comes from a clothing brand named PHALLACY that uses the slogan Size Matters. It's a BDE brand that uses sexual innuendo to indicate a man's size.

Some say that size doesn't matter, which is the fallacy, because it clearly does.
