Samdar is always out there in the hood turning other men gay as hell, he runs the greatest city of all, the city of Duhok, whenever someone needs some help bullying others they always go to Samdar and if they want someone gone with the blink of an eye they still go to Samdar, basically Samdar can grant anyone anything they wish whether they want entertainment or getting rid of Bulgaria.
