Textercise

The act of loosening the muscles in your fingers by texting until satisfactory. Usually when your hands fall asleep, are very numb, or cramped.

You would expect texting would increase the discomfort in your fingers, but is likely to help.

Sonic: After I played in the snow and my fingers got all numb I had to textercise them back to normal

When you dont get a reply to your texts for over 1 hour yet other people text you and get up your hopes, you then read the text and find out its not from the person you want it to be.
