1: A statement, action, or incident regarded as an instance of indirect, subtle, or unintentional expression of disapproval of someone or something based on perceived faults or mistakes.

When your boss is simultaneously micromanaging you and doing a poor job coordinating the project as a whole.
Even with two daily touch points scheduled for this project, no one could figure out what was being asked of them. I've never seen a project so micro mismanaged.

micro-toxic (adj.): Describing individuals who fake non-toxicity while frequently resorting to passive-aggressive behavior and exhibiting traits of jealousy.
Jack, a self-proclaimed supporter of his friends' successes, often masked his micro-toxic tendencies. Despite his seemingly kind demeanor, he would subtly undermine their achievements through backhanded compliments and snide remarks, revealing his underlying envy and passive aggression.
