One who is far too creepy for his own good, one who gains pleasure hanging out at parks and playgrounds waiting to prey upon children, also one who wears short shorts--commonly known as "chimo shorts."

Now that it's winter, he can't wear his chimo shorts anymore.

Watch out for the chimo lurking behind the curtains, he's gonna get you!
