Fauxmo

A straight person who is friends with a lot of gay people (the majority their friends are gay), and they also advocate for gay/lesbian rights. They typically prefer homosexual friends, and have no fear of the social stigma.
That person only dates the opposite gender, but they have a lot of gay/lesbian friends that they spend most of their time with. (Some people might think a Fauxmo person is gay). Due to their association.

Fauxtistic

When a person claims to be on the autistic spectrum despite having no diagnosis, minimal or no tendencies and increasingly behaves as if they’re severely impaired in order to gain something; whether that be financial aid, sympathy, a following or excuses for poor behaviour. Usually adorned with badges, lanyards or car stickers proclaiming themselves as autistic, often self diagnosed from seeing other fauxtistics on social media, and typically make a huge dramatic announcement about their non existent or fraudulent autism diagnosis. As if they were coming out.
He claims to be on the spectrum and unable to tolerate strangers or loud noises under any circumstances, hence why he can’t go on any errands. But these pictures of him crowd surfing at a concert on Saturday suggest he is fauxtistic.
